You eat your main meal at night, and you eat small meals, fruit and veggies, throughout the day.
So its not that you only eat one meal. You have a period of overeating, and you have a period of undereating.
I drink alot of tea and coffee and juice, and that sort of thing. So I do eat, just specifically light things. |
Same here, I'm eating on fruit and protein during the day, protein mainly from whey protein shakes and some fish, nothing very heavy. I honestly COULD go all day long without eating and not even notice if I wanted to though. I've always complained (while trying to eat 6-8 meals a day) that I'm never hungry at all during the morning/day, but once about 9-10pm hits I could eat every scrap of food in my fridge/pantry. This works out well for me.
