I might be creating a misleading impression about the diet.
You don't only eat once per day.
You eat your main meal at night, and you eat small meals, fruit and veggies, throughout the day.
So its not that you only eat one meal. You have a period of overeating, and you have a period of undereating.
I drink alot of tea and coffee and juice, and that sort of thing. So I do eat, just specifically light things.
