Some bury them in soil outside during a full moon. Something about connecting with the earth where they originated. I'd be nervous about negative energy lines. I would probably douse the area first.
Other crystals can have properties that help clear crystals. I use selenite. Or just rinse through water with a generic mantra or affirmation.
