What do you guys do to break out of your comfort zones? |
Focus on what you really want to achieve in Life.. Visualize it and dare to make out the 1st step.. Dare to fail and no turning back... Cheers,...

1-My day (at least 5 days a week) is filled up already leaving very little time to "break out of my comfort zone". I get up, go to work for 8+ hours, come home, eat dinner, relax for approx. 1 hour (TV or meditate), go to the gym for 1 hour and then get ready for bed. When do people find the time to try other activities?
2-The weekend seems like a logical time to try new activities, but when it comes down to it, i can never think of something new i want to try, or i am doing chores and things that cant get done during the week. How far in advance do you need to plan to try new things/activities? How do you come up with ideas of new things/activities?
I always think to myself that I should "live like i was dying", but how can you balance that attitude with having a full time job and basic responsibilities? |
I would recommend you to buy ' guide to investment' from Robert Kiyosaki as he did mention about how to build passive income and turn around your situation.. No more rat race, but you may have to take the 1st step consider of what you really want in life..
Cheers...
