I agree about 'the universe' sending help when you need it. I want to make a living out of writing books, but it takes me well over a year to write even a rough draft. At that rate, assuming I don't have a future Harry Potter on my hands, I wouldn't be swimming in royalties and advance checks anytime soon. Also, I was frustrated, because once I have a story in my head, I want it out and on paper NOW. Could at least my rough draft be done faster and still... well, not suck
