I have tried eating on this schedule fairly consistently for a couple of months.

I have not experienced any significant changes in body composition (at least nothing that I attribute to The Warrior Diet). I feel more energetic and focused during the day when I eat only fruit and veggies before dinner. It is easier to avoid overeating this way.
