It really depends on what your definition of rich is, and what your assumptions are about the ways of life commonly associated with wealth.

The rest about acting like one is rich really is little more than "The Secret"-esque pop psychology IMO. Certainly one wouldn't find it in one's interest to perform acts of discretionary spending on the scale of someone who is rich if one doesn't oneself have such resources.

Perhaps a better question to ask would be "What behaviors associated with rich people can be of benefit to me when emulated?".
