relax. Remember in the astral world its all about how your mind can create things in an instant. If you go about (while youre in the Astral) thinking..."oh my god! demons will come around!" then they will come around.
besides theres a significant chance that you simply visited the lower astral realms where all the "less desireable" entities live....(such as demons etc...)
