I get up, go to work for 8+ hours, come home, eat dinner, relax for approx. 1 hour (TV or meditate), go to the gym for 1 hour and then get ready for bed. When do people find the time to try other activities?

2-The weekend seems like a logical time to try new activities, but when it comes down to it, i can never think of something new i want to try, or i am doing chores and things that cant get done during the week. How far in advance do you need to plan to try new things/activities? How do you come up with ideas of new things/activities?

I always think to myself that I should "live like i was dying", but how can you balance that attitude with having a full time job and basic responsibilities?

Yeah I think you should just skip work for a day, and not even call in sick or anything. If the boss asks you where you were tell him you were busy having sex with the furniture in your house all day long.
