I agree with everyone who said get out.
The low self-esteem traits you describe are extremely familiar to me. I dated a woman with these issues, and let me tell you; there is nothing you can do. I don't believe LSE is incurable, but she has to have her own epiphany.
If you stay with her, it will only reinforce her self-destructive behavior.
