Default Awakening from Hell Cycle?

There's really a name for this huh? Funnily enough, after reading this forum I always have weird experiences or dreams... When I read this, I was instantly reminded of a dream I had a couple of weeks ago that absolutely terrified me. My alarm had gone off, and as usual I rolled back over to get another 10 mintues of precious sleep. I woke up and walked into my ensuite, looked around, and realised it wasn't my ensuite. At this stage I knew I was dreaming and walked back to my bedroom, lay down in bed and woke up again. After a couple of times of this, I realised I was still dreaming and wasn't waking up. Then I went back to my bed and this time I could see myself lying in bed. I slapped my face a couple of times with no luck, and then my boyfriend walked into the room. I knew he'd already left for work so I was definitely dreaming, ergo I woke up again. By this time I was getting quite frustrated. The next time I woke up, I was in a totally different room, and an African-american lady was getting ready for work. I tried to talk to her, but she didn't seem to be listening. I was yelling at her, but she didn't look at me, so i tapped her on the shoulder. She turned around, screamed and ran out. All i remember after that was flying around screaming at people "why can't I wake up? Help me damn it!" with only a high-pitched whining sound coming out and being very angry, chasing people around an apartment building and making them scream. Then, very sad that nobody helped me, I went to lie on the bed crying. Then I actually woke up. I tell you, in that moment the breeze blowing on my skin was the best feeling ever! Funnily enough, my cheek was stinging and my throat was scratchy. The whole thing only took around 11 minutes, but the whole time I was thinking, I have to wake up and go to work.

It was terrible, I hope I don't have something like that again. More to the point, I hope it was just a dream and I wasn't really flying around terrifying poor americans!
