Appreciation
Practice appreciation all of the time. When you are in a state of appreciation or gratitude then you are not resisting and you are in a state of allowing.
Several times daily just look for the good in everything.
It may feel silly at first and you might have to force yourself but after a bit of time it will become second nature.
I for one, really appreciate you posting this. This forum is one of the best and I just love coming here and reading about all of this.
