Mine was milk, fyi. I had RAST tests done and my lowest allergen was 5 with 4as the baseline. Onion was 7, shellfish were 16, soy 20 and dairy was 58. So as soon as the milk went, everything else calmed way down. Including my sensitivities to chemicals and cigarette smoke.

Also, a couple things happened to me simultaneously: I quit the pill and moved 900 miles away. The pill, duh, states that migraines are an issue. Never knew that. Also I lived west of the NYC/Ohio pollution belt and very close to I-95 highway most of my life, and moved to a cleaner air zone. My migraines completely disappeared and I can even have dairy again, though I probably abuse it now.
