I eat according to the tenets of Eat Right 4 Your Type. Each blood type has foods that are ideal, neutral and harmful. Even so-called healthy foods could be slowly killing you according to Dr D'Adamo's research.
For instance, only Type O should ever eat tomatoes yet people scarf them down. Soy has benefits in moderation but can be extremely harmful in quantity. Milk is only good for Type B. It DOESN'T do a body good if you aren't.
For me: spinach, beef, pumpkin seeds, bison, mango, seltzer, cherries, olive oil, flaxseed, adzuki beans, black-eyed peas, collards, broccoli, artichoke, figs, pineapple, ginger tea, green tea, bass, cod, halibut...
