What I notice most often is people making decisons based on false beliefs or incorrect information. For example, someone may say that they can't get a date because they are ugly, or unlovable, or women / men don't like them, or all the good women / men are taken. And, looking at this particular person, I notice that their belief in this instance is incorrect, that the reason why they are having trouble is because they don't know
how to date. So I will say, "actually, what you really need to do is to see a
dating specialist"
