day 2 of my 30 days ~ only 28 days remaining

well here we are on day 2.my mood swings last night were so annoying!i even annoyed myself..LOL.
feeling a little irritable and fuzzy.though regardless of how I feel I know,I can handle it. i have apologised to my dear family,God bless them.

i guess its to be expected.i look forward to feeling more balanced soon.

today is an all day salad day.just what my body needs ,a good cleanse.



day 2:

this is your main course salad day.you will be having fruit at breakfast and lunch,and any fresh juices you desire,with a main course salad in the evening.
remember that tomatoe,avacado and cucumber are vegetable fruit ,so these fruits can be included in the day.

give avacado 2 hours to digest before having other fruit.

tomatoe and cucumber mixed do not reqire additional time to digest.
they are very high in water content,you may also eat raw veggies such as;celery and carrots,but allow 2 hours to pass before you eat any fruits after these and avacado,plain raw veggies being very high in water content will not remain in the stomache for long.

breakfast: fruit
lunch : continue on fruit,you may have the vegetable platter
dinner: fresh pineapple chunks
meditarraenean rice salad
