Three Simple Steps - and you may stop falling 1. Start working early during the day.
2. Do not overpromise yourself. Assess your priorities and only take as much as you can finish in a day.
3. Live in present. Focus on work at hand and do not think too much about what still needs to be done.
I'll leave you with one of my favorite quotes -
