Smile Changing habits

I wish you well with your goals. You're only young so if you are changing habits make them the sort of habits that will benefit you all your life. You have asked for feedback so here are some ideas. When you eat, for example just eat and stay focused on the food, and enjoying it. Eat slowly and don't have other distractions around you like reading at the same time or watching TV. The same goes for your other activities. Even if you only do them for a short time stay focused on just that one activity. Keep your goals within reach and if you don't always live up to your own expectations avoid beating yourself up about that. You have lots of time to change and it seems that you have wonderful aspirations. Don't forget to have fun.
