Steve has a great article about becoming an early riser that hits spot on. No matter what time you go to sleep, make yourself get up at the same time every day without fail. Eventually your body will adjust, and you will find yourself tired earlier in the evening and as a result you'll have no problem getting to sleep at an earlier hour.
