ok,here is tomorrows meal plan:

morning: herbal tea
fruit
water

lunch: fresh fruit or carrot juice
properly combined sandwich with cucumber or cellery spears


dinner: fresh vegetable juice cocktail
creamy cauliflower soup
garlic string beans
green salad


evening : herbal tea
fruit
water

shopping list:

* wholegrain bread
* brown rice
* tomatoes
* cucumber
* lettuce
* carrots
* cauliflower
* celery
* beetroot
* red pepper
* fresh spinach
* bouillion

this shopping list is for 2 days.I will shop every 2 days.here we go!!!

excercise:callanetics,yoga,dance
