The only word I'd like to change here is
only one. I agree with you but I don't agree you need to have a
single passion. Why would that be a requirement? Who sets the rule that human must have a single passion?
I'm lucky to have
three passions:
- music production is my self-expression through
art
- web framework development is my self-expression through
science
- building web startups is my self-expression through
business and communication
Or, these are my mediums; and my message is: Set Higher Standards. (see
The Medium vs. The Message).
I love them all and I'm ready to work on them, anytime, anywhere. I keep adjusting my life so that I spend more and more time on these activities because these are all I ever want to do in my life. Probably music's gonna be the one that stays around longer because there's no guarantee the web will exist 20+ years from now.
