I know that feeling, happened after I got my bike back (story in the link in sig about quatum leap) and happened a few times before that, too. I think because of that, I actually set myself back because I've difficulty accepting it just yet.
The weirdest time was when I started seeing "abnormal" people. From journal:
"- I've been seeing a lot more "abnormal" people lately. Two people have been mentally ill, both told me to get out of their way or blocked me or my path. One of them, (tall black guy with an umbrella) stopped me from entering the subway train through one door and pointed at another. I saw a woman with highly underdeveloped arms."
The woman with the underdeveloped arms was pretty weird cause the rest of her was fine (I might even say she was a good looking woman), and she pulled out her iPod, put on some music and started nodding her head to it, like nodding strongly. I got freaked out and essentially told the universe to stop doing that, and/or tell me the meaning of those events. Don't recall having figured one out. Haven't seen any abnormal people since.
