They are always going on. I don't know the difference between when it appears that they aren't, because we both know they are always happening. Perhaps we just aren't aware. I've noticed it at work: think of someone, they are there immediately. Today I was working on a project, and was waiting to hear from someone. I thought, "I don't really want to continue with this until I get an update" and before the thought was over I got the call. I'm just starting to take it for granted.

I'm glad you're seeing it again Chris, because even though it's confusing it's fun to notice it and acknowledge it when it's happening. The more it happens, maybe the less you need to make sense of it, because you just start to expect it. I don't see how it's such a jump from that to bringing things to yourself that DO count for something.
