Default Where the *Bleep* Are You?

In front of a computer?
In a body?
In your head?
In your home?
On a planet?

Where are you and why are you there?

I consider that there really is only one answer...........

You are the present moment.

If you call it consciouness or god or energy being or collective thought, no matter what the label is, it must be right now. It really seems to be the only answer that has any real potential to be you.

Of course you have a body and arms and legs and a job, some money, no money, pain, joy etc. But none of that really defines where and what you are. All of that is ego percetion and the 5 senses validating creation in the present moment.

But the present moment is actually you. You can't see it, because seeing is a validation mechanism for creation. You can't see creation, because you are creation. The present moment is a feeling, a knowing of true self.

This all sounds mystical and spiritual, so how can we use a knowledge of self to get what we want, when we want it? The answer is to identify with present moment awareness, limit ego and enjoy yourself

You are a lumious perfect being existing only right now, why would you have to go through pain and suffering?..........ego alignment. Nothing can hurt you when you know where you are and what you are. Yes, there will be challenges, but they are a slight requirement of the experience, but the trick is to not identify with the experience via the ego, the ego can validate the creation, but it can also run away with it.

Now you maybe in pain or suffering right now, but unless you're in a life threatening situation, it's not as bad as you think, because there is a way out of that limited perception, but it all depends on how you desire.

When you desire to get out a bad or sad situation you need to center yourself in the moment, for that is where your power is. When you align with ego and get angry, sad, miserbale and even self destructive, you place yourself in the past and/or in the future, regretting the past and/or fearing the future and then your ego is in control and no good will come from it.

No matter how bad a situation is you must place yourself into the moment and keep out anything that doesn't truly exist there like past and future. In that moment you will find calm, peace and access to the source/force that builds and guides your reality.

When you are aligned correctly in the moment you are truly self centered and you will gain back control of the situation. When you're in ego mode you will defend, kick and scream you position through fear, doubt and delusion, then you'll blame someone else (god, family, boss) and/or turn to pain relief (drugs, alcohol) in an attempt to escape, but you don't need to do that, the answer is so simple.

No matter what is happening in your life right now, good, bad or ugly, knowing where and what you are is access to true calm, peace and creativity.

When an intention is placed in the moment without ego and self concern it radiates out into the moment affecting everything in it's path, the very moment changes to reflect the outward flow of the moment, so the moment will reflect back into you and your life will change. You're actually doing this daily, but you don't notice it because you only consdier where you are when you desire something important like love, money and health.

You can know yourself when you notice the moment, every detail in the moment is you, as soon as you wander out of the moment into past and future, you're lost, you're disconnected from yourself into a realm of ego and ego is self concern and self concern is limitation.

If nothing can exist outside the moment, outside you, then it hs no power, therefore it can't affect you. To affect you it needs your permission to enter the moment where you place it inside of yourself, envoke the ego to deal with it and everything goes sour real fast.

When you know what and where you are, you're centered and in control, when you're lost, you'll search in vain and then adopt ego as a tool to try and find your center, but it will always keep you lost.

Enjoy!
