Gosh that's a lot to consider. I don't believe there is a God outside myself. What I believe is that we are all "IT", and each one of us is "remembering" what we are as we go through this process. That's about as much as I can grasp right now without my head exploding. I think we really are creating everything. I see stuff and it happens. I think of people and they show up. What I'm noticing is that even inconsequential, trivial stuff, if I think about it for more than a few moments, I'll hear about the same trivial stuff more and more that day. Here's a few examples:
Here's an example, I was driving to work this morning, just looking at the window and I noticed a Michigan license plate, it was an older one. It popped out because it's all blue, ours are white. Which, made me think of Michigan for a bit, I have family that lived there and I was thinking of my memories of hanging out at Lake Michigan, the country, just idle thought.
A girl at work walks in today and starts talking about Michigan immediately, because someone stole her identity and there's an adress from Michigan and she's having a real headache. So the name Michigan gets thrown around about 50 times in the course of the office discussion.
Then I get in my car to take a little drive, and turn on the radio, and the first word I hear is "....Michigan or some other state."
Does that mean ANYTHING? Doesn't seem to.
Yesterday I was reading Ask and it is Given at my lunch hour and got to the chapter that says "you Are Only 17 Seconds Away from 68 Seconds to Fulfillment" and I knew I'd remember it, because 17 seconds is the name of one of my favorite albums so I made that little link.
Turn on my ipod, set it to shuffle (so it plays random stuff), first song is from that album 17 seconds. I have over 1,200 albums on my pod.
And inbetween those two there have been several other ones.
So all this leads me to think it's interactive, I'm communicating with it and it's communicating with me, but we're co-creating it together. Everything in existance must really all be one thing that just thinks it's separate.
ps--you mentioned Voyager. Last week I was thinking of meditation, this whole process that we're discussing, and I flip right to a scene where one of the crew is being guided by the vulcan dude to stare at the flame, as she does she sees deeper and deeper levels of reality until she finally sees everything is one or something (and explosions happen).
If only this knowledge could help me with the chick.
Because I still think we're separate.
