I've tried to become an early riser a couple of times (30 days challenge etc). This is really something I would like to accomplish since I sleep way too much some days (usually one day a week I do absolutely nothing but sleeping and procrastinating).

But I have a very hard time accomplish any long term results. I got to the point when I woke up at 6 in the morning, a few minutes before the clock rang. But then I developed the habit of snoozing (or even ignoring) the alarm.

I had all these plans of things that I wanted to do in the morning. But in the end I ended up just surfing the web or doing some other mindless stuff because I was still too tired.

I go to School and sometimes miss out on classes because of this. I don't have the same problem with work. I usually get there in time even if I'm kinda slow in the morning those days as well.

Any good suggestions? My feeling is that it closely relates to my bad habit of procrastination and bad motivation/discipline. I never follow through.
