Thanks for the suggestion.
I read the first part of Covey's book 3 years ago, but I wasn't in PD at the time, and felt his instructions were too vague for me. But since I've read a few book, I'm starting to see how they interact and complete each other, so maybe I should fish it out of my library. Or find the audio version, I find that's really convenient when you're on the go.
