For light foods?
Soup like chicken noodle or tomato with some fat free saltines is light and delicious.
I like bagged salad with a vinaigrette, chopped tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms.
Most Lean Cuisine frozen dinners are okay if you're in a pinch.
Also you can toast some whole grain bread, and top with a little chopped tomato, cooked chicken breast, a little mozzarella, and garlic salt. Broil this and you have delicious bruschetta.
