That's very good advice. I think that we should spend time thinking about good health. That's part of personal development too. You can be happy with who you are and still be making strides to improve.

BTW: I weigh about 155 lbs and I wear a size 6, so it's not that tiny! (But I also walk or run and lift weights almost daily.)
