I was basically just generalising. The idea I was trying to express was that some people have an innate urge to be the boss and do things where they are in charge. However, some people prefer to be led. There's nothing wrong with either of these perspectives because we each have a different genetic disposition towards how we do things. It's a reflection of who we are. It's easy to say that one way of doing things is the best but it's harder to get people to accept that way of doing things because people are basically just different. When you are trying to better yourself, if you ignore the differences in people then you're not really bettering yourself.

In regards to being a lemming, personally, I like Steve and his ideas but I don't agree with all of them. I also don't like it when people make things more complicated then they really are. The whole 'new age' mentality has a tendency to complicate things with romanticised language and ideas. Things should just be simple and clear.
