Try sleeping in multiples of ninety minutes, or if that doesn't work, try increasing/reducing the amount of time. I find I sleep best in 85 minute cycles.
I've tried setting the clock ahead, and it jerks you for a second until you realize that you set it forward. Plus it's based on fear - I find it easier to get up if I motivate myself by pleasure, for example by choosing something I want to do in the morning and doing it. Give yourself a reason to get out of bed and you will.
