My alarm clock time
Hi there,
I have a really hard time getting up at the right time. I've been experimenting with different alarm times, but it doesn't really seem to help.
Now, this might sound a little silly.
But I thought of something, maybe it's all psychologic? You see, my alarm clock doesn't display the right time. Somehow I developed a liking to have my alarm clock showing the time 40 minutes in advance (I guess I like to have time left). Thus, when I set my alarm clock to wake me up at 06:30AM, I actually set it to 07:10.
Could this be an important factor?
