There are several reasons for that. First of all hypnosis is not that old a field. The truly efficient hypnosis to date is ericksonian hypnosis and it is less than a century old. It became known to the non-specialists with the creation of NLP. And that's just seventies.
Then, while it is possible to program a person to eat healthy foods or exercising regularly, it is impossible to program a person to become a millionaire. There is no universal path to become a millionaire. There is no agreement that this goal is even desirable, there is no agreement what set of beliefs is necessary to become a millionaire, there is no agreement on what actions must be performed to become a millionaire. And if we throw the time constraints into the mix, it all becomes very uncharted territory.
Even if we just ask the subconscious to do it in the best possible way. Noone will be able to connect the success or the lack of there of with the hypnotic intervention.

Hypnosis is good for the quickly (immediately) achievable goals. Like quiting smoking. That is great. You just stop. If you did it immediately after hypnotic session the cause and effect seem to be there.
With a result that can be years away from the session, it doesn't make a sexy product on the market.
