I feel sorry for those who resort to frequent fasting to "heal" their health problem. All of us need a daily intake of essential nutrients to maintain optimal body function. Not getting all these nutrients on a daily basis is potentially harmful for long term health. Essential nutrient - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Quote:
