Thanks... I do think that wrinkles are from stress, poor nutrition, high salt intake, over doing creams, and sunlight. I think fasting in some ways will help over time by cleaning your body of toxins and letting your digestive system rest and renew itself. Getting into better eating of fruits and veggies, organic foods as much as possible. and taking some vitamins will really help clear up wrinkles and give a better complexion. I had acne that I couldnt get rid of until I fasted. SO that there is a plus for me. Fasting can help your skin alot! I havent noticed any wrinkles gone but I look at myself better in the mirror everyday now. Maybe I will slow down the process of them getting worse? I think fasting yearly over time people will see a some sort of difference.
