dECLAN, If you think that the forum guidelines were violated, you should notify moderator using "report post" button. If you want to give a friendly advice to Jerry, I would suggest that you phrase it in a more positive and respectful way.

Jerry, I think you've already got your share of feedback from other users.
You may want to provide more detailed descriptions for your links in the future.
Posting more comments rather then links will definitely give you more credibility

I suggest that future posts in the thread should stay on topic and comment on the information Jerry linked to rather than on the way he did it.
