started the day with callanetics,then some sun salutations then some basic dance drills.realy enjoyed all of it,I love fitness so much,makes me feel like I am unstoppable!
still staying with the fit for life way of eating,and enjoying some amazing foods!this week I a using all the foods in my cupboards in a fit for life food combining way.see how creative I can get!
got my new dance dvd this week,its mainly for amazing arms and posture,I am so addicted to it!I have to do it each night before bed,it is awesome!
tomorrow I am doing an hour of callanetics,I am doing an hour twice a week,with 15 minute routines on the days in between,thats what callan recommends.
