What school will you attend? In many liberal arts colleges you are encouraged to wait until your 2nd year to declare a major if you're uncertain at first. You can spend the first year experimenting.
Secondly, I would focus on the field that sparks your passion and challenges you. Don't worry about future employability or anything like that.
