Hi all,
Tomorrow morning I am starting a 12-week challenge at my gym. This involves before and after photos, personal training once a week, a tailored workout and eating plan, and basically busting my gut to achieve a meaningful body composition change (muscle/fat ratio). I guess it is very similar to
Body-For-Life.
I've been going to the gym on and off for about two years, so not a complete newbie, but really want to make the most of this opportunity.
So, any advice, tips, encouragement?
I might add my sessions to the current Daily Workout Thread for some accountability.
