I believe that I have to start sending out resumes at this point. I don't want to tell the universe how to do things, but it seems the shortest point between the current work situation I have outgrown, and a better lifestyle.

good observation, I think it's prudent to 'do what works' until you find a better way. I can attest (from personal experience) that quitting a job to rely on your manifesting skill can get you broke real fast. The key is to keep in mind that there is a better way and it is a skill that must be learned, you do what needs to be done while you learn, kinda' like sacking groceries while you go to college, you know the day will come when you will quit sacking groceries.
