Yeah, I guess if you really feel that way, then you shouldn't.
For me, discovery is about awareness and observation. It isn't always a pleasant experience. I used the word "quest" and that implies intent. Sometimes though, intent is a very quiet thing; a background impulse. Curiosity keeps me here despite the hardships and stench of my emotional swamp.
I have made the hard effort to explore existence, and I have found enough power from that to keep me in this painful spot until I understand it and it passes. I know what is possible for us.
But that is just as I see it. Your way may be easier. Nature doesn't care one iota what you and I do. It will only matter to us.
