I have much more energy when I do the following:

1. eat smaller meals w/ less fat
2. don't eat junk food
3. drink a lot of water
4. go for a walk every day
5. do strength training [weights]

I would love to comment on the good sex = good energy remark, but sadly I cannot at this time. Maybe some day soon. *sigh*
