What I noticed is;
1) If I excersize frequently
2) Drink plenty of water throughout the day (for me about 3l)
3) A good nights sleep

Then the end result is usually solid energy to do everything I need.

If I skip any of these 3 then I will have a very noticable change in my energy levels, especially water is a big one for me.
