Try telling yourself something different. The beliefs you reinforce in your mind direct your life. No matter how you feel try telling yourself that you accomplish your goals, that you have the information you need to move forward and that you can handle any changes that divert you from your original plan. Maybe all this negative self talk is what's making it so hard. Why not give changing your thought process and self talk a try?
