Default Suggestions

Yes, I do have some suggestions for improving your dreams / dream state. I'd consider doing some neurofeedback or brainwave entrainment. I purchased a "Neuro-Programmer 2 Professional" and use it to enter the alpha and theta brainwave states. It is very safe as well. I used 10 Hz alpha a lot. I used to wake up hyper (rapid thoughts), but between that and the fish oil that I've been taking, my brain is able to relax in the morning and recall my dreams. You could also do some theta sessions before going to bed and train your brain to strengthen connections in that dreamlike-state.

I really like Angela's idea of keeping a dream journal upon awakening. Just keep a notebook and pen by your bed and right when you wake up, write what you experienced.

I think dreams are a great to have! They may be messages from a higher realm (if you believe in that), complete randomness, or contain the solution to a problem that your conscious mind didn't have the answer for.

I personally think Fish Oil would be great to take as well. I think IT has deepened my sleep and helped me become more aware of my dreams as well!

Hope my message helps!
