Default Dreams & what they mean

I have CRAZY dreams. Most of the time they aren't violent or scary, they're just constant (I think) and crazy. I wake up most days stating "I had the craziest dreams last night." Usually very convoluted and often there's some sort of dilemma I need to deal with. Most of all though, there's just a lot going on. Definitely not peaceful.

When I wake up in the morning, my brain is going crazy also. It drives my husband nuts b/c it takes him awhile to wake up, and my brain is already on overdrive.

I've tried really really hard to work on my waking state this last year. I've cut out a lot of worry, and can often catch myself when I'm being unreasonable or whatever. I'm able to be a bit more conscious in my waking life I suppose.

Now, I'd like to work on my dreaming state. I'm not sure if I'm repressing worry during the day that I'm not really over and it comes out at night in some sort of weird playback.

I'd like to relax my whole being, all the time, and I feel like I'm doing a better job during the day. Not perfect, but getting better. I'm just feeling like I'd like to control my sleep state more and not wake up so frantic and thinking of all the things that I need to get done or what I'm going to do that day or whatever it is that's going on in my head so early in the morning.

Any suggestions?
