i have a similar problem
i dont get sick
but on the 4th or 5th day i will need those lost hours
and my body/willpower will get them one way or another
this truly sucks as i fervently believe that at this point in my life that major improvements WILL happen if i
1. wake up earlier and
2. sleep less
i have a general problem with discipline
and although steve's blogs related to this subject
clearly work in theory
i havem't made them work yet
