yep, that's definitely inspiring for me. I love being completely relaxed and I'd like to be more like you guys. I am not particularly stressed, I am even much more relaxed than the average people, but still sometimes I wish I was more peaceful and relaxed and confident.
I've noticed that being in direct contact with nature is the most easy way to be relaxed, happy and connected to the present moment for me.
Observing animals, trees, feeling the wind or swimming/surfing/playing with the ocean are the most relaxing things to me. |
