problems with a being a 300 pounder:
1. your body is going to crumble when you're older. it's not built to handle that much weight
2. to get to 300 lbs you probably aren't eating 4000 calories of carrots each day, so you're probably eating excessive amounts of foods that increase the likelihood of premature death. High blood pressure as mentioned, cholesterol, etc
3. possible self-esteem issues
4. you probably sweat way too much (maybe not though), leading to more of #3.
