Oh! More stress on bones, increased risk of high blood pressure and type II diabetes are a few risks. (My mom's fat cat has diabetes even!) Now, I am a firm believer you can be fat and fit. My fiance is almost "obese" according to the BMI, and is not a weight lifter/ripped type, and he's very healthy and doesn't look fat to me. (Frankly, I think he's a hottie at 190-200 lbs. and 5' 10".)
